Oldest African tribes came to existence prior to the
Mesopotamia or Egypt Civilization.
Everybody belief that Primitive human life to human life and thereafter evolved of their brain from millions of years ago in Africa. Generally all known that the role of Africa is very vital for the human life and spread other part of world thereafter. But till date the africa is not developed country in comparison to USA, UK, Italy.
Many original African tribes are derived from the Homo sapiens groups and have unique
DNA. The said tribes also have unique genetic features then other as well as
languages are also different even they have no similarity with any others. The tribes
have maintained their cultural, traditions, lifestyle for thousands of years.
That is why everybody knows that the African Tribes are ancient Tribes.

The African Tribes are originated from one but still have some
different from one tribes to other in present day. They are always like to live
with forest (nature) and nature provides them the source of livelihood and yet
they are living like as hunter. In the following have some ancient tribes which
are still exited:-
1. Maasai
The Maasai is originated from north-west Kenya in the lower side
of Nile Valley. Therefore this tribe called as one of ancient tribe in world. The Maasai Tribe is one of the most worldwide
famous African tribe due to they live in many of the country. This tribe is
also very much famous th tallest people in the world i.e. 6.3 ft in average due
to rich calcium diet. The tribe is also known for its vibrant outfits and distinct
customs. the Maasai people is one of the tourists attraction place in Kenya.
Food:-Traditionally, the
Maasai diet consisted of raw meat, raw milk, and raw blood from cattle. Due to
rich calcium diet, the people of this Tribe are normally tall.
2. Berbers
The Berbers are
originally inhabitant of North Africa, West part of Egypt. Libya, Morocco and
Tunisia. There is evidence that
the Berbers have existed in the Maghreb region of Africa since the beginning of recorded history in
the area.
One of the ancient
Tribe i.e. Berbers tribe and existed since during the Neolithic era i.e. 10,000
B.C. and the present age of this tribe is 12,000 more than years. In many
historical Greek texts, the Berbers were called Libyans.
Food:- the primary food of this tribe are corn,
barley, ewe's milk, goat cheese, butter, honey, meat,

You may found the Sandawe tribe people in central
Tanzania (living near Kondoa, Tanzania) which is the another old African tribe like as the Hadza. the
Hadza, the Sandawe tribe people speaks one of the few remaining close languages
in Africa. The Sandawe close language is unrelated to the Hadza language.
The Sandawe
tribe of African are come down from the initial humans civilization or we may
called as first human stage of tribe and a common ancestor with the San tribe,
who are believed to be the oldest race in the world. After reading many book as
well as in search in internet, I came to know that this tribe is existed since
87,000 years ago. Genetic research has revealed that the Sandawe have a variant
gene for melanin, which affects skin color.
LIVELIHOOD:- Sandawe
tribes controls the many forest activities which are coming under their territory
for getting their livelihood. The most of the Sandawe
tribe are Hunters. These tribes are very dedication towards forest.
4. African Pygmies
The word “PYGMIES” which means short man. The
African Pygmies are unusual short and maximum height of this tribe is 150 CM
(4.11 Inc.) (both man and woman). Due to their height this tribe are well known
in other part of the world. There are many smaller tribes who are living in the
Central Africa. All the pygmies tribe
considered as old tribe and this tribe derived from the one oldest group of
human ancestors. During the change of time the pygmies are divided into many
groups but all groups of pygmies may found at central Africa. This short height
of this tribes are derived from their ancestors DNA or genetic.
The Pygmies tribe also found other part
of the world like Asia, Micronesia and Melanesia. This tribes come to existence
since 90,000 to 80,000 years ago. And their language is differ from one Pygmies
tribe to another tribe so they have no particular language.
CULTURE:-The vocal music of the Pygmies tribe is
well known by other tribes. During 14th century the culture of this
tribe reached in Europe. The culture of this tribe also ancient and unwritten
culture.
5. Hadza
The Hadza tribe is called the modern
hunter gather. The Hadza tribe are considered as the most ancient
people in the world. The Hadza tribe are also the last true hunter-gatherers
and their lifestyle and traditions have not been changed for over 10,000 years.
The tribe doesn’t grow any crops or keep livestock, and they do not have any
permanent shelters. They have lost maximum of their land. They only build
temporary house with the help of dry grass.
The Hadza tribe are
used click language. The Click Language is found only in Africa in which click
function as normal consonants. This click language is unrelated with any other
language which are presently existed in world and this language is also
considered as extinct language.
The Hadza tribes are
lived in Tanzania which is their homeland and according to archeologist the
first fossil evidence of early humans was recovered.
FOOD:
The Hadaz tribes are not
kept the food for the future purpose. They only collected the food for one
time. Even they have not even know the
agriculture. Normally they are collected food
which are find in the forest, including wild berries, fiber-rich tubers, honey
and wild meat.
6. Nama
The nama are
considered as African ethnic group who are presently found at south Africa,
Namibia and Botswana. The Nama tribes are derived from their predecessor “Khoikhoi”.
Khoikhoi and San tribes are known as the world’s first and oldest human.
This tribe is the extinct
tribes due to intermarriage with other tribes and a
smallpox outbreaks in 18th century. Their culture alive for
rich heritage of music and traditional dances along with crafts created by Nam
woman.
7. San (Bushmen)
The san Tribes are
the oldest inhabitants and earliest hunter gatherers of south Africa. This tribe is also known as
“BOSSIESMAN”. This race is called world’s most ancient tribe because this tribe
directly had connection with original ancestral human groups. Except this tribe
there is no one which we can say the old race or tribe than this tribe. Due to
colonialism, the way of life of San Tribe demolished and another reason is that
due to discovery of Diamond in that area, the Government displaced this tribe
to some other place and due to deadly disease like TB and HIV, their numbers are reduced
and present day it is extinct race.
