copper age, Bronze Age, iron Age ........ Every age, the human
civilization learn many concept and also their uses. On next stage of
civilization, the human being invented new thinks by using previous concept for
their benefits.

Among all animals human being have something special for which the human
civilization is ruling over other. Human Civilization
started smelting copper during 6,000 B.C. by the Cradle of Civilization.
The written history had started from the Bronze age and Prominent Bronze Age kingdoms are included Sumer and Babylonia in Mesopotamia, Indus Valley and Athens in Ancient Greece. All the age are past and it is difficult to measurement there are but still the Historian / Archaeologist / scientist have given their opinion which are different in some places. The Bronze Age was ended around 1200 to 1000 B.C.
Around 3600 BC the first signs of bronze usage by the ancient Sumerians
started to appear in the Tigris Euphrates valley in Western Asia. One theory
suggests that bronze may have been discovered when copper and tin-rich rocks
were used to build campfire rings.
What is Bronze?
Bronze is a
metal. It cannot extract from the Ore directly or it can not found from nature.
During ancient time the Bronze was made by artificially by using Copper and Tin
with a process of 300 degree to melt and come with a new alloy product.
Humans may have started smelting copper as early as 6,000 B.C. in the
Fertile Crescent, a region often called “the cradle of civilization” and a
historical area of the Middle East where agriculture and the world’s first
cities emerged.
Why the civilization put as Bronze age?
In this period the civilization discovered the Bronze which is alloyed
product. Only to discover was not enough but it should now the use of this
product. Initially around 3500 BC the first signs of bronze usage by the
ancient Sumerians. After the Sumerians the other civilization came to know the
use of Bronze and how to create bronze. The human civilization also give verity
of shape to the bronze and the bronze is strong then Copper and Tin. For the
The total process like discover, give a shape, use the new product and
spread all over the world taken from 3500 BC to 1000 BC. Therefore the said
period is given in the name of Bronze Age.
Why the bronze discover first then Iron?
It is true
that Iron can extract directly from the Iron Ore. The human civilization wad
discovered the Iron Ore during that period but they did not know how to melt
the ore and what is the Thermal procedure. Normally the malting point is more
than 1800 degree temperature which is more than Bronze.
The bronze melting point is more than 900 degree temperature which is
less then Iron. For which the first the human civilization discovered the
Bronze first there after Iron.
The Archaeologists have discovered the bronze and its use during the
Hittite Kingdom ( during 1800 BC). From
a case study of the ancient civilization, it is important that the technology
of the society concerned, involved the copper alloy ornaments and small implements
from the site of Makrigalios in Greece has discovered by the Archaeologist. The
Greece civilization known the process of Metallic gray black color bronze. The
archaeologists have discovered many statue, ornaments, household article,
weapons etc were Metallic gray black
color bronze. All those metal products are found during excavation of earth and
Sea near Calabria in Lonian Sea.
The Archaeologists has discovered many type of bronze ( with regard to
the composition) like CuAs (Copper and Arsenic), CuSb, CuNi, CuAg, CuSn (copper
& Tin), CuZn (Copper & Zinc) , CuSnZn (Copper, Tin & Zinc), CuPb,
CuSnPb etc. The color of the bronze is base according to the metal composition
and their quality and quantity of the said composition.

The Role of Minoan civilization was very important during the bronze Age. The Minoan civilization was the Bronze Age Aegean civilization (from 3000 BC to 1450 BC) and was the first advanced civilization in Europe. This Civilization were mainly traders and they exported to Egypt, Syria, Cyprus and Greek Mainland and the export materials were Copper, Tin, Ivory and Precious Stones. This civilization were the agency who expanded the use of Bronze during the ancient age.
Major Bronze Age civilizations, including Mycenaean Greece, the Hittite Empire in Turkey and Ancient Egypt fell within a short period of time. Ancient cities were abandoned, trade routes were lost and literacy declined throughout the region.
An ancient civilization is defined to be in the Bronze Age either by
producing bronze by smelting its own copper and alloying with tin, arsenic, or
other metals, or by trading for bronze from production areas elsewhere. Bronze
itself is harder and more durable than other metals available at the time,
allowing Bronze Age civilizations to gain a technological advantage.

Chinese Civilization

Every age have ended point. Similarly the bronze age was ended around 1200 BC with the collapse of the ancient Civilization in different periods. The main civilizations of the Bronze Age were Mesopatamia, Ancient Greek, Sumerian, Egypt. But till date no one known about the cause of the Collapse.
During the Bronze Age, the role of Greek was very important and they used the new technology during that period. many big Statue was constructed during that period with the help of Bronze.
A new life always starts with a end of old life. Similarly after the
ended of bronze age, a new age came in name of “Iron Age”. Some historian give
opinion that the main reason of the collapse was Iron Age.
